Integrity is most important to me because the success of a team depends largely on the leader's integrity and their ability to stay committed to doing the right thing even in difficult situations. Leaders with a strong sense of integrity often lead by example, and that's something I strive to uphold.

I have been involved in the company since childhood, working in various departments from the very beginning in order to eventually take charge myself.
